PRP is a concentrate of a small sample of your own blood that is spun in a centrifuge to separate the cellular components. Plasma, or the liquid portion of blood, and platelets (a type of blood cell) play an important role in healing throughout the body and contain epithelial growth factors that can trigger cell reproduction, stimulate tissue regeneration or healing in the treated area. Facial skin is firmed and tightened by the promotion of collagen and elastin when administered with skin needling or tiny injections. Genetic hair loss, alopecia, hormone and stress related hair loss can be corrected with a course of treatments over several months.
